Partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities, our team redesigned the arrival experience for families navigating a child’s healthcare journey. Through research with caregivers and staff, we developed Project I’m Lovin’ It—a welcoming experience that combines biophilic design, interactive play, and a Warm Welcome Kit to reduce stress and create a calming, supportive first impression.
